Once you're unpacked, we collect everything from your new home. Your deposit comes back within 5 working days.
All prices are for one week's hire. Delivery and collection are charged per journey by area (see below). Need longer? Extra weeks are charged at the same weekly rate.
Need longer? Extension weeks are charged at the same weekly hire rate with no additional delivery or collection charge — just let us know before your collection date. A refundable deposit of £75 applies to all bookings, returned on complete and undamaged return.

Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery and you get a full refund.
Normal wear is fine. Lost or seriously damaged items are charged at replacement cost, as set out in our terms.
